There is a "showstopper" bug that is making pyForum unable to create the first Administrator user, I will soon post the way of getting around this issue, or if you can wait two more days, I am releasing version 1.0 which will contain a bug for this fix.
If you wish to install RC4 send me a PM or send an email to the Forum Administrator and I will send instructions on how to create this first user manually.
