I just realized that the email password function is a little buggy, I am offsetting all email sending functions to external processes (i.e. forum and topic subscription notifications are handled by its own process currently), I will make the changes to password emails are sent in the same fashion as update notifications are, not a big deal, actually, but it'll make IMO the code cleaner.
