I love the StackOverflow login interface where you can click your OpenID provider. Would you be interested in something like that for pyforum?

There is an update to pyforum that I will be providing soon, top priorities are fixing pyForum to work off GAE, and implement openID for the standard pyForum system, you're right on the money Richard,
